Livichub builds websites, AI assistants and software for small businesses, from South Florida, USA. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Quote form on this website: your name, your email, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, your business name and what you need.
- WhatsApp: when you message us, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of your messages.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider records basic request data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and to block abuse.
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how the pages are used: it sets cookies and records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement on the home page. What you type into the form is masked in those recordings. This website does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer your message and prepare a quote.
- To keep a record of our conversation while we work together.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Automated replies on WhatsApp
Some WhatsApp replies are written by an AI assistant. It answers common questions and passes the conversation to a person when needed. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, only to operate the site and reply to you:
- Vercel, for website hosting and visit counts.
- Microsoft (Clarity), for heatmaps and session recordings of the home page.
- Resend, to deliver the quote form to our inbox.
- Supabase, for the database where we keep contact records.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
- Anthropic, whose AI model writes the automated WhatsApp replies.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records while the conversation or the project is active, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to team@livichub.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
